DESCRIPTION ROTARY GRAIN CLEANER:
Rotary Grain Cleaner Metalteco is an equipment designed for the cleaning, separation and classification of grains in the production of concentrated/balanced feed. Consisting of a central rotating drum divided into 3, 4 or 5 sieve sections of different hole sizes, the Rotary Cleaner is a versatile equipment that allows different configurations for aspiration, pre-cleaning, cleaning or grading operations. If suction is not required, the equipment can be supplied without this module.
The Metalteco Rotary Grain Cleaner combines the efficiency of the rotating drum with the power of the rotating drum. suction system. The equipment has been installed and rigorously tested in different production plants in Latin America.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ROTARY GRAIN CLEANER:
- Capacity: up to 250 TPH in suction, 250 TPH in pre-cleaning and cleaning and 25 TPH in classification, based on corn with 2% of impurities.
- Easy screen exchange system.
- Closed casing to prevent particulate matter from escaping.
- Large doors for easy inspection, maintenance and screen change.
- Adjustable tilt drum.
