DATA PROCESSING AUTHORIZATION
In METALTECO S.A.S. we know that your personal data is important so it is in our interest to protect your privacy. That is why, before continuing with the contact process, we invite you to know and accept that, as part of the activities of updating data, contact users of the website, as well as those aimed at maintaining adequate security conditions and care of our allies, beneficiaries, stakeholders, and in general for the development of the various activities carried out by the foundation, will be required the delivery of data such as name, contact details, occupation and organization to which it belongs.
The information collected will be incorporated into the database of METALTECO S.A.S. identified with NIT 800.042.867-0 in order to: (I) To process your request, complaint and/or claim; (II) To send invitations to new activities, local exercise and/or events through various means; (III) To send information considered of your interest through various means such as physical or electronic mail, MMS/SMS text messages and/or telephonically, instant messaging applications such as WhatsApp or any other means of communication or data transmission accessible to the Foundation; (IV) To promote and advertise our services through the media already indicated; (V) To carry out customer awareness and verification or updating of information through any means directly or through third parties; (VI) To comply with the legal obligations of information to administrative bodies; (VII) To conduct opinion and satisfaction surveys; (VIII) To attend requests, complaints or claims, or requirements made by authorities in the exercise of their functions; (IX) To keep the information for historical and/or statistical purposes; (X) To share it with allied companies, suppliers (Data Processors) hired to carry out the processing of my data under the same purposes already mentioned. In any case, third parties shall also be subject to the same obligations of confidentiality in the handling of information to which METALTECO S.A.S. is subject with the legal limitations imposed by the applicable laws on the subject in Colombia.
In the event that METALTECO S.A.S. collects my sensitive data, I am aware of the optional nature of its delivery and I expressly authorize its treatment to comply with the same purposes already mentioned.
According to the Colombian legislation in force, in particular the Political Constitution and Law 1581 of 2012, the holders of personal data, their legal representatives or assignees have the right to, among others, know, update and rectify their data, request proof of the authorization granted except when expressly exempted as a requirement for the processing, revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of the data in case it is precedent, which will only proceed when no contractual or legal relationship is maintained, file complaints with the SIC for violation of the law, and access the data free of charge.
