DESCRIPTION BULK SHIPMENT:
In port facilities, bulk unloading modules generally consist of a galvanized conical bottom silo installed on a structure made of structural steel profile with hot-dip galvanized coating. This structure has sufficient height and distance between legs to allow the passage of the tract trucks or mules that will receive the shipped material.
A high precision scale (legal for trade) is installed in that structure, which guarantees delivery accuracy within the permissible margin of error according to international standards. METALTECO offers full integration of bulk dispatch with full port control (either SCADA or any other form of digital interface) through METALSOFT software.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS BULK DISPATCH:
- Storage capacities calculated and designed according to specific customer requirements, either in one or several dispatch modules.
- Wide platforms and access stairs for scale maintenance.
- Corrugated silos with up to Z600g/m² coating on the cylinder and up to ZM310 g/m² on the roof, extending the service life of the various components.
- Structures calculated according to seismic resistance standards with hot-dip galvanized coating.
