STEP SCALES.

The METALTECO weigh scale is used for weighing bulk material. It can be located in the material receiving line, within the production process or in the dispatch line. The equipment has an upper receiving hopper (if required and designed according to the customer's needs), material doser, weighing cup and unloading hopper.

The weighing vessel and discharge hopper are contained within a closed vessel that eliminates the negative influence of external factors. The design allows the entire vessel to be at the same pressure, eliminating the effects of differential pressures on weighing. Access walkways and quick-removal gates facilitate equipment maintenance.
