DESCRIPTION STEAM CONDITIONER:
The METALTECO steam conditioner is designed to mix the floury product with liquids and steam. The steam injection system at controlled temperature and pressure ensures the addition of moisture to the flour to improve the characteristics of the pelletized product.
The METALTECO steam conditioner is installed upstream of the pelletizer. It is made of high quality stainless steel sheet. It is available in single or double shaft configuration, depending on the process requirements.
It has adjustable paddles at the desired inclination, which allows varying the retention time of the product according to the humidity needs of the product to be pelletized.
