DESCRIPTION MILL FEEDER:
The METALTECO Rotary Feeder is installed just above the Hammer Mill to ensure a uniform flow of material into the mill.
Due to its internal configuration, the Rotary Feeder generates a layer of material that is continuously fed and distributed over the entire width of the mill, which improves the grinding characteristic and optimizes the use of the hammers and the useful grinding area.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MILL FEEDER:
- Magnet to prevent the entry of metal parts into the hammer mill. The pneumatic opening of the magnet allows the automated removal of metal parts.
- Equipment that allows the connection of a variable speed drive to dose the material input to the mill.
- Large inspection hatches.
- The air flow inside the mill allows the correct fall of the material inside the mill.
