CAKE BREAKER CONVEYOR.

The cake breaker conveyor is designed to dry the fiber obtained in the pressing process. It is composed of a shaft with interchangeable paddles of adjustable inclination arranged in a helical form, reinforced with wear resistant welding. The conveying trough is made of carbon steel with interchangeable wear plates on the trough.

METALTECO's innovative design has a pneumatic suction system connected to the upper part of the conveyor, whose function is to evacuate the moisture extracted from the fiber. This system improves the environment of the section in the plant, since, due to its airtightness, it avoids the presence of volatile particles in the environment.
