DESCRIPTION SILO DRYER FOR WALNUT / ALMOND:
METALTECO's drying silos, whether used for walnuts or kernels/palm kernels, have been redesigned from a process point of view, which implies radical improvements in downstream efficiency.
Available in square or round section and manufactured in profiled steel sheet, the equipment has an air injection system that is heated through the action of radiators installed in the ducts. This air flows through internal ducts in contact with the material to be dried.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS WALNUT / ALMOND DRYING SILO:
- Filling sensor that prevents the formation of air short circuits and maximizes efficiency.
- The system ensures regulated flow in downstream equipment, which increases efficiency and improves the kernel/palm kernel sorting, cracking and separation processes.
- Temperature monitoring and control system that allows remote operation and guarantees the optimum humidity percentage in the product.
