DESCRIPTION DUPLEX BAGGING SCALE:
The METALTECO bagging scale consists of four basic elements: a feeder system, a weighing vessel, a clamping module and an electronic weighing controller. The feeder is controlled by a frequency inverter to regulate coarse and fine feed. The accuracy of each weighing is guaranteed by timely cutting off the product flow in flight.
The weighing vessel is equipped with two load cells and an evacuation gate operated by a pneumatic cylinder. The bagging module is equipped with a bag clamp operated by a pneumatic cylinder.

- Single auger feeding.
- Double auger feeding.
- Gravity feeder.
- Belt feeder.

- Capacity 18 to 20 bags per minute.
