PRESS DESCRIPTION P15:
The METALTECO P15 twin screw extractor press extracts the liquid fraction of the fruit mass coming out of the digester, which is composed of palm pulp oil, water and solids in suspension.
The palm oil / red oil / CPO extracted in this process and treated in the clarification stages is of high quality and the one that generates the most value to the extraction plant. That is why the optimal performance of the press is of vital importance in the extraction process.

- Horizontal press, double worm screw.
- Capacity of 15-17 Ton / hour.
- 40 HP engine.
- Current consumption: 45-50 amperes.
- Oil content in dry fiber: 6-8%.
- Nut crack: 8-10%.
