DESCRIPTION OF DOSING SYSTEMS:
METALTECO manufactures weighing and dosing systems that have the accuracy required to formulate a concentrated / balanced feed of the highest quality, according to the requirements of both the customer and the animal to be fed.
These dosing systems, which are equipped with weigh hoppers of different capacities covering different weighing features, ensure that the right combination of components reaches the mixer. Storage hoppers with capacities calculated for specific customer requirements allow for the highest versatility in both production and storage. These hoppers can be manufactured in carbon steel, galvanized steel or stainless steel, as required.

- Hoppers of size and material designed and manufactured according to the specific needs of the customer.
- Smooth-top hoppers and discharge cones with rounded edges, preventing material accumulation and cross-contamination.
- Progressive pitch augers ensure accurate dosing and discharge with mass flow of the product.
