DESCRIPTION CYCLONE FILTER:
The Metalteco Cyclone Filter is an equipment that efficiently combines the functionalities of cyclones and the filtering quality of bag filters. It allows production plants to comply with the most demanding environmental regulations regarding particulate matter emissions (Resolution 909 of 2008 - Colombia), guaranteeing maximum dust emissions lower than those established in these resolutions.
The automatic cleaning of the bags by compressed air pulses ensures constant and adequate filtration. The evacuation system can be conical (gravity evacuation) or flat (with scraper in UHMW driven by geared motor).
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE EQUIPMENT:
- Watertight mirror made of 3/16″ gauge HR sheet with reinforcing plates.
- Machined holes for mounting the collar of the sleeve baskets.
- Sleeve baskets made of galvanized rod.
- Removable nozzles for air intake into the cyclone for cleaning the sleeves.
- Compressed air flute made of tube with perforations for mounting nozzles
