DESCRIPTION BREAKER:
The METALTECO Crusher is an equipment designed to reduce pellets to granules through the action of two corrugated rollers rotating in opposite directions.
The particle size of the final pellet can be adjusted by means of an easy and practical roller movement system. In this way, it is possible to produce pellets that meet the specific needs of the animal feeding system.
The METALTECO breaker allows the pellets produced to maintain all the advantages that have been developed in the pelleting process, such as avoiding dissociation; avoiding feed losses during ingestion; improving digestibility through starch gelatinization and reducing the production of fines, among others.

- Capacity: up to 30 TPH.
- Rollers with hardened surface and machined angled teeth to guarantee durability and correct operation, supplied by recognized international suppliers.
- Heavy duty bearings with high load capacity and long service life.
