DESCRIPTION POST GRAVIMETRIC GREASING OF PELLETS:
Metalteco's gravimetric post-fatting systems are designed to add fats and soluble additives (enzymes and probiotics) to animal feed, without affecting pellet compaction parameters. The oiler is located after the sieve, so the liquid addition is performed on pellets of homogeneous size.
This process plays an important role in the production of animal feed, as it allows, firstly, to increase the energy density of the pellets through higher levels of liquid; and secondly, to add temperature-sensitive components that can deteriorate in the conditioning and pelleting processes when added in the mixer.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS PELLET OILER:
- Gravimetric post-oiling system for pellets.
- Capacity up to 30 TPH, depending on greasing conditions.
- Accurate addition of between 2% and 7% of liquid by mechanical spray, depending on the characteristics of the dry material and the liquid to be added.
- The gravimetric system performs constant real-time monitoring of the weight ratio between liquid and solid, which ensures accuracy in greasing.
- Homogenizing system that guarantees uniform mixing.
