DESCRIPTION PLT 800 PELLETIZER:
Our METALTECO PLTZ 800 Pelletizer has been recently launched to the market. This equipment, which materializes the knowledge of decades in the market and the specific experience in similar equipment previously developed, reaches a capacity of up to 30 TPH. The main brands in the Colombian market have decided not to import pelletizers anymore. Their decision is clear: now, they use Metalteco pelletizers.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PELLETIZER PLT 800:
- Capacity: up to 30 TPH - depending on the material to be pelletized.
- Base block made of steel plate, machined to ensure leveling and alignment between equipment components.
- 2 x IE2 high efficiency electric motor.
- Power transmission by means of pulleys and belts, which guarantees high efficiency, durability of parts, overload protection and optimum energy consumption.
- Pelleting chamber made of stainless steel with hinged door allowing easy access to the die and roller assemblies.
- Dado manufactured by recognized international suppliers.
