New metalteco cnc lathe.
We have good news for our customers and partners! We have acquired a new Leadwell Numerical Control Lathe Model LTC high precision and high speed, in addition to the CNC production machinery already available in our plant.
This lathe guarantees greater speed and precision in the processes (4 times faster machining speed than the previous generation of CNC lathes). As we have always stated, at Metalteco we are at the forefront of the industry. and we seek to meet the needs of our customers with an approach based on the technological leadership and innovation.
The programming of these parts on the lathe is done through the combination of CAD (computer aided design) software, by means of which the part is dimensionally modeled; with CAM (computer aided manufacturing) software, in which the tools and cutting processes are indicated. This guarantees the repeatability and precision of machine parts and spare parts.
